Our Process

Step 1 – Contact
Get in touch with us via email at info [at] asfsportswear [dot] com or by filling out the contact form below. One of our custom sportswear specialists will be happy to assist you.

Step 2 – Design
Our experienced design team, including specialists in cycling and triathlon wear, will help create your kit focusing on performance, comfort, and safety—tailored to your design preferences.

Step 3 – Production
Once your design is approved, we begin manufacturing using premium materials and the latest-generation accessories. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for production.

Step 4 – Quality Control & Shipping
Every product goes through a strict quality control process. Once approved, your custom kit will be shipped directly to your address—ready for you to enjoy.

Sales Terms & Conditions

Minimum Order Requirement

We do not have any minimum order requirements. You can order as per your need.

Payment Terms

For new clients, payment is required in advance. After establishing a successful business relationship for at least one year, we may offer payment terms such as CAD (Cash Against Documents) or a credit period.

All export transactions are conducted in U.S. Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR).

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank Wire Transfer (SWIFT)

Proforma Invoice

A proforma invoice will be issued upon receipt of your confirmed order.
Shipping terms can be either:

• Prepaid Freight (C&F) – Freight charges will be added to the invoice.

• Freight Collect (F.O.B.) – As per your instructions.

Shipping Methods

We ship orders through the following methods:

• By Air

• By Sea

• Via Post Office

• Express Couriers (DHL, FedEx, etc.)

Packaging

We take special care in packaging your order using heavy-duty containers and protective bubble wrap to ensure your goods arrive safely.

Delivery Timeframes

• In-stock items: Shipped within 10–15 days after order confirmation and payment.

• Custom or non-stock items: Shipped within 21–45 days depending on order complexity and volume.

Branding / Logos

We apply custom logos and branding to products as specified by the client during the order process.

Samples

Samples are available upon request.

• Buyers are responsible for sample and shipping costs.

• If you have a valid courier account, we can use it to dispatch the samples.
